Pads just aren't "pads"---The friction material is different from MFR to MFR. If you do the fronts in one brand, stick with it on all 4, otherwise you'll upset the F/R brake balance. I'd stick with OEM Lexus or better on these. There really is a difference.

I would stick with original pads unless you change your rotors too. I was told one time that manufacture pads have a special material layer on top that should smooth out the rotors during the initial period. Try Lexussc400.com, they might have low price.
One time, to save a few bucks, i had Midas install their pads on my Previa. One month later, i had them replaced with manufacture pads due to the lousy performance of the after market pads. You can try some after market high performance pads, but that's a differnt story.

If you want less brake dust get NAPA Ceramix (spelling) or try Cyberauto.com
Autozone and NAPA have lifetime warranty
Let us know what you get.

I just put green's on my car the other day
expensive but worth it... they stop much better than my old pads ever did... and there's absolutely no brake dust anymore
and the installation took 45minutes; all i needed was 4 or 5 tools
cost is $89, but they are supposed to be the best pads PERIOD
i bought mine at http://www.tirerack.com
i had them shipped two day for $8

Just be careful when unbolting the Slide Cylinder Pin from the caliper assembly. You don't want to strip that bad boy! I was overzealous in changing my rotors & pads......and off to the Dealer I go to spend $15 on a bolt & screw. DAMN!
Oh well....another learning badge of honor.
