Although there were police Soarers in Japan, the "cop" Soarer was built in the UK as an advertisment for the guy's business. The police badge on the side has his business logo in the centre, his web site address is on the bottom of the door, etc. It does have working siren and lights, but, of course, he'd be in big trouble if the police caught him using them on the road

The convertible has now been sold to a UK owner (the previous owner was a Brit who lives in Japan -- he's making do with his Skyline GTR and RX-7).
The new owner has had it on the rollers
