Default Need Help fast: Daizen Bushings, 1 of 8 is different

CL,

My shop is installing my bushings right now and they are down to the last one but, for some reason, this last bushing is different from the rest. It appears to be sleeved and, when installed, has a looser fitment than the other 7.

Thoughts/questions/sorry if this is a repost, I tried lookin.

Yea, after looking at it for a while, the sleeve looks like it was machined wrong. The sleeve is smaller in overall diameter by a good 1mm and the inlets are even slightly smaller which makes the bushings almost impossible to put in.

I'll call TM, thanks for the reply.
