Very good info. Thanks for the diagram. This can really be helpful for other items.
Update on my Climate Control:
I found out the hard way that you really have to match the part number up on the original Climate Control from one your buying. After I bought the right one everything is working now.
I bought a used one with a bad LCD or blacked out LCD. I took my good LCD front piece off of my original blown up one with the good unit I purchased. You just have to unscrew and take it apart and uplug a couple of connectors. It saved me some bucks plus I occomplished something without buying it from the stealer Dealer.
Cold AC just in time for Summer...

I got mine fixed. But it cost a trip to 4 shops and ended up at the house of a head engineer for Lexus, the guy who created all Lexus wiring harnesses. Oh well, it feels great to be boosting comfortably.

I wish I could tell you but I cant. I never even met the guy, it was taken to a popular shop here in So-Cal, and the shops owner took it to this guys house after messing with it for a few days.

*Update*
After much searching, I came across an interesting idea to just use the plug and wires from the OLD 2jz harness. So I went and got the old harness, traced the wires, and found both ends of the wires.
Then I went and checked the new 1jz harness and found the EXACT same plug.
There was nowhere to plug it in though... I triple checked everything!
Thats when I remembered that there is a cover directly below the glove box...
Plugged it in and climate control works fine now.
