take the offset of whatever fitment you wanted in the front and subtract the mm of how much wider the vertex fenders are

I'm pretty sure vertex fenders are 25mm wider. autoboy, can I ask where you bought the fenders from? I'm looking to pick up a pair.

They are 25mm

A lot of variables. How much camber you will have, how much stretch you will run. I would run 19x10 zero offset or 19x9.5 -7 with stretch.

I run 19x9.5 +2, 11mm custom spacers, 1mm shaved rotor hat, -3 deg camber , 225/35/19 Azenis ST115, vertex 25mm fenders + widened 5mm. The flange pokes out 3mm

Just to confuse the hell out of you ha

(Hint: 1 deg camber = 2.5 mm that the top of wheel will move inwards towards the strut)
