so after a long night of being sober and around druken high school friends i happen to notice i dont see my keys anywhere. went to dinner earlier then got some drinks then to the party. i just really want to know whats the best way to get a new key. its my only key. i doubt a locksmith can come and make a new key out of the ignition. like a reverse key making method. should i just go to lexus with my title and registration papers and get them to make me a new key. how much would that run?

Yes, Locksmith can make your key.

They just need your VIN number. It will be your master key which will also open the glove compartment, trunk, etc. It will cost you around $80.00

If your are lucky, probably they have Lexus key with the remote button on it. Those keys will cost you $125.00.... then you just need to search for the thread here in CL to program it.
