Its true, people dont respect motorcycles on the road. Which is why you should always ride defencivly(sp?), ....not ride wheelies on a public road! Thats just asking for an accident like this. Hes lucky he didnt kill himself, ..or you.

Wow thats a shame what happened to your ride. I hate biker guys that think they're God on the road, same goes for regular drivers as well. When you pull stunts like that on public roads you get what's comming to you. It's just sad that your SC had to be the teacher of the lesson.

LOL prob one of those 250 dirtbike/ street legal things LOL I ride most of the time the same way I drive... like an idiot. However, if anything ever happens to me I accept the consequences and am fully aware of them. I guess thats the price I'd have to pay but hopefully it will never be an issue

i got hit by a bike last week too, but of course i was able to bust out laughing like crazy and also be mad at the same time after he hit me because there was no injury.. i was stopped at a red light and a bike tries to go inbetween the 2 lanes of cars at like 2-5 mph and he hits my side mirror and the side mirrors of 5 other cars. everyone then proceeded to honking and yelling out stuff like "learn how to drive a bike you ****ing idiot!" and "how do you hit hit car going that slow!?!?" hahahah

Biker should be charged with exhibition, reckless driving, and have his license revoked and be fined the maximum amount allowable by law.

If I was you, I would sue him so bad, that long after his wounds have healed he will still be feeling the "pain" as a constant reminder as how not to ride.

i ride, and yeah honestly there are some crappy drivers out there, and there are some crappy riders out there. when i ride, i ride normal, speed limit and all. if i feel like doing a wheelie (rare) i make damn sure its somewhere as safe as can be. if i was the guy who hit you id honestly admit fault if i was alive. riders like him bug me, just another squid on a bike doing something dumb wrong place wrong time.

new update! guy does not own the bike and does not have a class m license. it was his friends, but his friend does have insurance on the bike, so hopefully someone is going to pay up. well ill keep everyone updated to see if i can get the 400 running again.
