ITS PERFECT for a regular size 4th+ generation iPod. The iPod sits in there perfectly, and even sits tilted towards you so you can see what's playing and change songs/pause easily! thats the only thing I use mine for!

 

See Lexus was thinking of the future, it was never designed as a cupholder, but instead, a nice casual MP3 carrier.

haha so true...you can put drinks in it, as long as your passenger holds onto them as you drive.

it just fills the gap that would otherwise be there pretty much...
