Payed $7800 for my 93 sc300 last november with only 106000 on the odo...did I mention it came from a lexus dealer? Many new parts, fresh paint, new tires, all service manuals, full service record from the dealer, and all major maintenance had been done within the past 4 months.

now compare to the 2001 Ford Focus 5 door wagon I found in an auto trader mag.

Advertising price at a local Ford dealer:....$5000

I hate you...

I'm looking for a 5 speed and to see you paid that price for those miles....

Nice find and good luck with the car.

PS Screw the swap and just get a turbo.

No one really thinks that cars are worth what they say on KBB do they? KBB can be very very overpriced.

If these cars are worth so much, then why are there finds like this out there?
http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...=&cardist=1934

I'm sure there's a reason this one is so cheap, but man thats a good price.

its worth what someone will pay. KBB can say a number but its not always right.... Dodge Viper or Toyota Supra for example

I picked up my 1992 5-speed with 98,000 for $12,500.
Now before you guys start blowing me up for the price just realise the scope of this number when i also got:

Full Vertex kit
Tein HA's
Blitz NUR duals
ACT stage 2
Injen Cold Air
Alpine TV
Alpine DVD
and my favorite parts...
19" Advan Sienna II's with brand new Nitto 555's

when you do the math not a bad deal.

Yep, I agree that these cars really hold their value well. Try lining up these depreciation numbers to anything german from 1992.

This thread makes me wanna get an SC3 and turbo it damnit!

clubna-t.com ftw.

Bought my 97 SC300 last october for $9000 in Los Angeles. 89000 miles.
Pristine care and immaculate and everything worked.
Amazing how good it is. I am the 4th owner.

I traded my '85 Corolla GTS with a lot of work for my stock '92 SC3 5speed with 220K miles in fairly rough shape (but runs pretty good for the miles).

So I guess I got mine for ~$3000.
