is there a fuse/relay for the fogs on the 97 sc400 ?my fogs dont work and ive been trying to figure out where it is located .

is my car i dont see a fog light fuse in the kick panel .btw there is two fuse panel one with a relay and 2 15 amp fuses .the reason i asked if there is a relay because there is a place for a third relay on the second fuse panel does this control the fogs? anybody have a diagram for the 97+ fuse boxes they can share?
