1. Open trunk.
2. Peel back liner.
3. Count screws/nuts.
4. Tell "Mr. 15 Nuts" how many screws/nuts you really need.

thats not the problem...well there is no problem at all..i KNOW i need 4 screws...the problem is the dealer doesn;t have the part number for those screws anymore...so im screwed. but no i just made the holes bigger and used american bolts rather than based on the metric system which they were

I don't get why you went to the dealer anyways to get screws? You know the markup is quite a bitmore then if you went down to your bolt supply shop and picked some up.
i went to over 5 shops, many specializing in metric screws. every professional guy out there...businesses that have been running for over 30 yrs. the man said this is a size in between a 4 and a 5 in metric unit system for screws. 3 professionals in diferent shops said the same.
