Man when I sold my sc and dropped it off to the new forum member owner.....I didnt have the heart to look back in that driveway =[. One car I was really attached too ...
They are some sexy machines. Looks wise they are on par with Mercedes in the class division. If they didn't have so many obvious ford encouraged items on them it wouldn't make me cringe so much when I drive them. I've went looking for both an S-type supercharged, and an X-type to purchase and walked away both times after too many cues of who owns them were found.
Disappointed too, I wanted both of them. Same thing happens to me when I sit in GM's upper line cars. I find myself walking away thinking "damn that is nice, but I cannot drive a friggin' GM".
Too bad most people don't know as much about cars and their roots as us CL members do.
Ive always like your sc, it was always one of my favorites- goodluck with your new lexus search- Congrats SpoiledKid
Thanks. This may not be the end of my SC plans. If I run into a late model (98+) low mile SC400 I would probably pick it up and do the same basic mods to it.
