Default electrical woes

well as most of you guys know i bought a katrina sc400 and did some seroius work to it .i chaged out all electronics in the car and blessed her with a new 1j .ive been since changing out all light bulbs and relays .i got everything working in the car but the turn signal so i changed that relay out and voila ,signals started working again .This morning i felt the need of boost so i took her to work .reached at a light and was about to make a right turn so i turn on the signal .to my suprise the light did not turn on (not even the green arrow) but i hear it flashing really fast .so i got to work and cheacked to see what was wrong .the bulbs are all fine and when i turn on the hazard they all flash .what could cause this ?can it be the autozone relay i bought? anybody else ever had this issue .

when i first got her

now
