I have noticed that also. The pre 97 rear bumpers are shorter than the 97s. Thats why I want to convert the rear to 97 also. It just make the car look way cooler when its slammed.

not a pro but i'll tell ya what i have stock tt chrome supra whells/tires on my sc300 and i just put spacers on the rear and that pushed the rim out just a touch znd it is basically flush with the fender and mannnnnnnnnnnnn she is badasssss baby!!!!!!!!!!!1 looking at her from the rear she just sits sooooo sweet.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
