Tilt Wheel Diagram?

Tilt Wheel Diagram?
Hey, in the process of putting together my car, I realized the tilt steering doesn't work. Can someone give me a diagram of the wiring of the tilt wheel to see if perhaps I can jump a wire, or see if there are any loose grounds?
Thanks,
-Freddy

well, I used this diagram, and I'm still stumped.
The motors work fine, I wired them DIRECTLY to the ECU (to eliminate a short), and still they get no power. All wires that should get power to the ECU, do. and all wires for ground were grounded out properly, and each wire was tested for continuity.
I think it might be the ECU, but I opened it up, and it looks brand new. No broken solder, no burnt items. Could it still be the ECU? i'm trying to get a spare ECU in the meantime to see if that's the problem, but I'm stumped.
Is there a special way to turn on the tilt steering/memory? I tried with the doors locked, and with them unlocked, and with the car to "ON' position, and with "ACC"
BTW, the memory functions and tilt do NOT work, but the power seat and mirrors all work perfectly. I checked the switches, and the voltage drops accordingly, so the switches themselves are good.
Dammit this car is a headache.
Any suggestions?
