Default AC kit Painted and Installed *Lots of Pics*

Well I finaly got my kit painted and installed. Had to raise the crap out of my front because it was so low, i couldnt put my foot under it. Got a good deal on the paint too but the rear bumper came out darker than the rest but o well I love it any way.

Next plans are some better wheels and my 97 tail lights are on there way. Also looking for 97 fogs pm if you got some.

All coments welcome. I think im the first in Norcal to have this kit so im pretty happy about that.

Nice! make sure you touch up that fender well before rust gets to it.

I've been noticing this same thing on the right rear of my own SC4 - but what is it with the bumper being darker than the rear quarter panel on so many SC's?

You just had your painted and it's even like that - Pics #3 and #4 show exactly what I'm talking about.....

Needless to say - the AC kit is starting to get close to my pick instead of the Wald Executive maybe for me? Such a nice no bollux kit.

When I got my 97+ kit painted, The body guy told me the rear bumper would be darker (or maybe he told me lighter) because they add some compound to add protection. So if someone hits you, or you back up into something, instead of having the bumper chip, you only get spider webs.

This goes for all cars. I started to notice newer cars like this too.
