Tail lights
I was wondering if you had wiring diagrams from the fuse box to the front right head light.

^ Use the 94 diagram. If what you're working on doesn't correlate to what you see on your car, look at the 96. 95 SC400s can be weird. Before a certain build date, they are identical to the 94s. But after that date, they incorporated OBD2 electronics but still read as OBD1s. People say they're basically a "missing link" between OBD1 and OBD2a

These diagrams are from my old installation program I used when I owned car audio stores, but since they cover a wide variety of things such as tach wires and other things of interest they work as a general reference of wiring for the SC 300's and 400's.
There were indeed subtle changes on each revision that you should pay attention to.
This took a good while to photo and organize so don't say I never do anything for ya

Wiring
im trying to get it to run. Thought it was ecm but i foung i do not get power to it with ignition switch on. Thinking a connector may be bad.
