Default Replacing Gauge Cluster

Hey all,

I am replacing the gauge cluster from my totaled SC400, into my new SC300 (needles dont light up on the gauges all the way).

Does anyone know if the gauges will reflect my old SC400's mileage? Is this type of information stored in the ECU, or the gauge pod itself?

Thanks!

I'm not sure if it's stored in the ECU, but it's not stored in the "gauge pod". So it should reflect your mileage.

mileage is stored on the PCB on the back of the gauge cluster...

please keep in mind the 400 and 300 clusters are not 100% interchangeable due to the difference in tachometer...

thanks for the input - better to know about these discrepancies now, rather than after removing both gauge pods.
