I found another wheel and chose the following available specs.

19x8.5 +25
19x9.5 +25 might add a 5mm

245/40/19 F
265/35/19 R

What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

^, you may want to consider dropping down to a 35 series in the front and 30 series in the rear. Those you have listed are a bit tall compared to the factory diameter. Your speedometer will thank you for that.

Will this require a pull? I'm only interested in a roll since I'll have a 1-1.5 drop. Thanks schema

I think you'll be okay with just a roll with just a slight drop. 1 - 1.5" I'm picturing a ~finger gap?

The fronts will rub occasionally on hard turns and bumps. As for the rears, I think you'll be fine with a roll on the 25; 20 offset, not so sure.

I think I know the answer but wanted to double check with the experts to run 18x10 up front with a 255 series tire what offset should I run. Was thinking +3X??, I have a 5mm spacer on there from some previous wheels. I'm concerned about the inside being close to shock etc. Front fenders are rolled.

^, I'm currently on 18 x 10 et 44 with 285's, no issues clearing Flex coilovers. Wheel and tire is perfectly flush with fender lowered to about a finger gap.

Yes sir, it does rub occasionally when going into turns aggressively and hard bumps.

These are the most recent.

You need to consider the height of your car when calculating how flush a set of wheels will be. The lower the ride height, the more natural camber; therefore, the wheel will appear less flush.

I'd say if you have roughly a finger and a half gap from fender to tire (245/40's) you'll be pretty close. Nothing a thin spacer couldn't fix down the road.

The car will be sitting right on the tire, no fender gap. I guess if I needed a 10mm spacer finish the job right? because I doubt I can fit a 18x10.5 +25 in the front, which is what will be in the rear...

My 18x10.5+19 with a 235/40 fit in my front perfectly with no issues, only rolled fender and camber is only -1.4
