these fortune auto coils with swift spring upgrade is so far unreal!. love em, very comfortable yet the dampening is on hard setting. my car is lowered, but not exactly sure how much, but i cant go any lower, not because my coils cant go lower, because my fender to my wheel is pretty much flush, if i go any lower i will rub. cant stick my fingers on the fronts , rear i still have maybe 1/4 inch but i dont want to go any lower. my dampening is on 3/4 way hard with no rubbing issues.i had tein flex on my car before and they were garbage, ride was way too rough and uncomfortable. i highly recommend Fortune Auto coilovers and of course with the swift spring upgrade, def a good choice!.
@KingSC
Im running 18x11 +18 Rears if thats any help. 275/35/18 tires.
How do you like those fortune auto coilovers? How far are you lowered?
@KingSC
Anyone running 18x11 +5?

the roads where I currently live are pretty bad and mostly dirt so im just asking for a bent rim out here.. I want to get a set of oem's or steel wheels to roll on and eat potholes and minimize wear on my set of chrome enkei 18x7 wheels/tires.
i've been looking around and I recently came across a set of steel wheels that go on a jeep. the bolt pattern is 5x114.3 and they remind me of M/T Classic's without the drag style rim. not sure of the wheel size either i'm assuming 15-16" and seem to dish out pretty good and tires would be cheaper.
Heres a pic of them in the add. They do not come with tires in picture. I'm thinking I could use a lower profile street tire like a 235/55? I think they would look good compared to your everyday steel wheels and can take a beating. ive seen guys stretch tires on wheels like these all the time so I'm thinking it's possible. anyone try something like this before?
if not then i'll just pick up these 16" off of a 93GS on the cheap. or a set of 17" off an IS, as I have a good set of 17" Z tires that need wheels. but i'm really curious about the jeep wheels.

Oh ok, I was looking at those coils for my legend coupe cause I read some reviews on them. Glad to they are a comfortable ride.

First off, great thread. It's awesome to see such a variety of nice wheels on the SC with detailed specs.
Although I didn't really find anything that was close to my specs, so I thought I'd ask. I have a set of 20's Work wheels that I'm going to be putting on my SC lowered on Tien SS coils, fenders rolled.
Fronts: 8.5 +42
Rears: 9.5 +38
The width and offset isn't typically what you'd call aggressive, but I was hoping the size of the wheel and wider tires could make up for it, especially in the rear since I'm turbocharged. What do you guys think? Can I fit these wheels with lets say 285's / 275's in the rear and 255's in the front? Should I go with 30's all around? Let me know what you think!

I'm looking at some wheels, I want to go 18x9.5/10.5. How does +22F and +30R Sound? I've seen 18x10.5 +30 rear with a 275 so I'm not too worried about that. My main questions are:
Will the 18x9.5 +22 be okay in the front with a roll? I don't mind running camber in the front so they'll fit or a stretch as long as its not super excessive.
Or should I go with another offset for the fronts or the rears too? These wheels come in offsets:
F(9.5): +12 +22 +30
R(10.5): +15 +22 +30
Would this look weird? ie: rears sunken and fronts with poke etc.
This thread has really helped me out but I've never really rolled/pulled fenders or did any fitment like this so I've come a long way to get this close (I hope I'm close anyway...).

need advice got a 94 sc300
thinking about buying str610 rims
front 19x8.5 and rears of 19x9.5
not sure about the offset or what it should be
and what tire size I should get because I want to drop my car 1.5 - 2 inches with my coilovers
I want it to fit perfectly and not rub or wear out my tires
and if possible not get my fenders rolled or get a camber kit, what would be the best way for me to do this?
thanks

Would be nice if you could find the offset. Otherwise I doubt anyone can give you any useful advice. Offset has everything to do with fitment especially when you go with 19's or 20's.
