Who made Lexus?

Hello every one!
Until now, I atill not sure Soarer made by which car company.
Some one told me made by Toyata, Maybe, becsause on the back of my soarer had a TOTATA logo, and engin also had the word TOYATA.
But, some of people who told me was made by Lexus,
Why?
And which one is the right one?!

Lexus is a luxury department of Toyota. Therefore, Soarer or Lexus SC400 is a Toyota with a Lexus badge. It is all Toyota parts. Just like Honda and Acura, Nissan and Infinity

Song - Lux Soap was responsible for marketing the TOMATO Soarer everywhere except Japan and the USA, so your car is a Useless Lux Soap Soarer.
