Overkill...soundproofed SC
Here are some pics of the interior of my SC. I went a little overboard when I was putting in soundproofing. Most people wouldn't need this much, but my SC has to be perfect. I used 2 "custom install" boxes of dynamat on the trunk and rear seat. Then I ran out and decided Dynamat was too expensive anyways so I tried some other things. I used expanding foam on the floorboard and in all the little nooks and crannies that I couldn't get Dynamat. I also used a lot of undercoating. In total I probably spent $500 on soundproofing and sounddampening materials!!

yep but now it is like being in a bubble. Can't hear nothing. I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing.

Heh...once you get to about 400hp, your car will be about as fast as a stock one. That's a LOT of added weight!
What I wouldn't give to have a quiet car... But it is neat having an open wastegate. Too bad when it opens, other people think that I'm wrecking or something. It is pretty damn loud when it opens!
So hows the SC runnin? Haven't heard from ya in a while!
