Default A little holiday treat

First of all, Happy 4th of July!!

Since I had the day off, I started to tinker around with the HID retrofit stuff that the previous owner had bought, but not installed.

And here are the results:

And no, they're not aimed all crazy like that - My driveway points up into the garage. Here's a couple more pics that I enjoyed, you might too. Yes, I know that I need new headlights - currently saving pennies for those.

And this is where my wife and I spent our 4th of July/1st Wedding Anniversary:

Looks good, but waaaaaay to high. You need to pull HID's down a good bit in those non HID headlights.

On top of everything as usual - OLT to the rescue!

Yes they were too high in those pictures - I took them to an empty level parking lot with a flat wall at the end and fixed them. They're good now - No one flashing lights at me and a LOT more road lit. I'm happy!

Thanks all!!
Blk13x - I'm actually not sure what parts I used. I'm guessing E39, because there was German all over the ballasts and ignitors. The CL member that had the car before me had bought all the stuff. They LOOK like the E39 projector, and he also had included the aluminum brackets (priceless!) made by lex4jess. I cleaned them up as best I could, but they're still a little yellow. I'm in the process of saving up for some NEW ones. Oh and by the way - those rims you have in your sig (trafficstar rts? well... or Maya whatever) are my favorite rims of all time - VERY nice!
