Default Window motor or regulator

My drivers side window started to act up today. I went to go put it down and it only goes down 3/4 of the way, it'll go up just fine, but it won't go down fully. Any solutions? Could it be the motor or regulator? or could it just need to be lubed up? I know my 97 accord had a problem where they roll down or up really slowly, so sprayed something down there then they went up just fine. But this must be a diff. prob. since it won't roll down all the way.
Thanks

Hey I actually found out it wasn't the window regulator, it's actually the rod and the plastic clip that connects to my door handle. It stopped working yesterday, tried to open drivers side door from outside and it wouldn't let me. Searching the threads allowed me to find the real problem.
Thanks
