wow, cant wait to see this get started, when I first started reading this I didnt think that it would match well with the fluted set of...what are they the high beams(inner round lights) sorry lol I have a ls
but as people started photo shopping seems like with some smoking of the inner lenses this may definately be a awesome mod, the rx-8 headlights definately seem to give the SC a sort of facelift, seems to add some lines to the round nose of the SC, but yet still keeping the nice flow of the car's design. cant wait to see progress shots, who knows you may have just increased the price of rx-8 headlights hahahaha
as for your bro, happens to the best of us man, hope all works out, buddy of mine was also locked up today...

Cool Idea-- in the pic with the shaved high beam it makes the SC look Supra-ish or even Italian!
I dig that idea, or even swapping internals into the stock housing that gives you hid's with both the low and high beam inside one housing-- that shaved bright just looks sick--

1SXYRXY, can you move those headlights in towards the center. Wondering how it would look. I hate the round brights being there on our cars. Anyone tried fitting the sc300 lights into theirs?
