Default Seibon hood and trunk installed

Finally got around to installing my Seibon carbon fiber hood and trunk. I've had them for a while but just haven't had a chance to put them on.

Also installed Aerocatch hood pins, which were a pain and took about 4 hours

Haven't decided whether or not I want to paint them.

looks great!!! did you replace the hood struts or leave it strutless?

That looks incredible, I love the way it goes with the black especially from a distance. Both my hood and trunk need replaced and that's the direction I want to go with it once I can save that money up.

Thanks. I went strut less. I am using an umbrella as my hood and trunk prop now. lol

Thank you. I was actually quite surprised how well they blend with the black from distance.

damn, nice car and fitment of hood/trunk, it has changed a lot since the last time I saw it (maryland i believe).. it looked pretty good before too with the tt wheels and slam

i was never a carbon fiber fan, but that hood and that trunk both have nice fitments!

that's sick. love those hood pins. do you mind being asked where you purchased them and how much they set you back? the aerocatch site only lists 4 us distributors and their prices vary on the non-locking model.

looks weird with black... but then i was never a fan of CF w/black...CF w/white...now theres a different story =)

but looks good still, fitment looks like its perfect

the fitment is fantastic. that has to have a dramatic effect on center of gravity.

not knowing any of your suspension mods, I would think the CF and the brakes would have to give your car a huge edge when it comes to handling aside from them looking fantastic.

I like it a lot, although I would paint both. The hood pins showing through would hint at what you are doing. I prefer subtlety on mods like this: my own opinion.

Looks good I see that fitment was flawless, I will probably do the CF Hood and maybe the trunk but I'll get mine painted to match the car.
