Default Are control arm bushings available?

My front lower control arm bushings are shot. Tried looking up bushings but, Energy suspension does not seem to have them. Anyone know where to get these?

I'm not sure if the dealer is correct, but they told me that you had to buy the whole arm/bushing assembly... Quite expensive.

That is what I am trying to avoid. There has to be a cheaper alternative.

I can't seem to find much in the way of control arm bushings besides some place in Australia that makes metal race-type ones for the Supra, that are the same as on our cars.
Have been thinking about making a set from UHMW,as the groaning and squeeking is getting old, besides they just feel worn out,and my new tires/wheels/Supra springs, shocks will deserve better when I install everything next spring.
Maybe I should make a couple sets,huh?
I'm sure the Supra guys would be into it.

SCV8,

Have you checked out the bushings? You mentioned groans and squeeks....that sounds like sway bar bushings. The lower control arm bushings will clunk over bumps, right?

The lower arms were replaced under warranty on my 92SC but the sway bar bushings cause the creaking, sweaking noise over dips.

Hope this helps

Do you have a link or web address of the place you're talking about? Never heard of metal bushings before. I wanna check it out. As for the creaks and moans. It may be the sway bar bushings. That is the most common place to look even, if they have been changed out recently.
