I remember seeing a thread about a white SC300 with 96 Cobra wheels on it, they looked decent and fit great and super flush. 17x8 for those and the Bullitts, some of the newer wheels and Cobra R's are 17x9.

I was considering it for mine since a friend was going to sell me his with tires for insanely cheap, but never got around to it since he hasn't gotten his new wheels yet. They're certainly worlds better than the stock turbines.

Not a fan of the bullit wheels on anything other than Mustangs (especially not a 3000GT). Cobra wheels on the other hand, .

The cobra wheels look good. I don't like the bullit wheels at all though, not even on mustangs.

I was told a while back that these rims are called "Daisy" rims... I'm not backing this claim but it might help you with your decision. Although I basically voted NO, I still say they look much better than the MKIV supra rims everyone is throwing on their car. If you can get those for a cheap price and if they are nice and thick in the rear, I say why not?

If you put them on and didnt tell people they were Mustang wheels then more people would like them.

I think everyone and their mother knows that those are mustang rims... There's only 4 billion mustangs rolling around with them. Besides, if you get the Ford OEM ones, they're 17's... Which is still gonna require a very tall, rather awkward looking tire.

Those chrome ones on the black SC are Saleen Mustang rims, not cobra's, and they're at least 18's. I always wanted a set of those when I drove a mustang. They don't look half bad imho on the SC. The Bullitt's I think would just look ridiculous, but to each his own - it's YOUR car.
