I honestly dont like those wheels on the sc, as much as supra wheels(over rated), but thats just my opinion as he did say any opinion is appreciated. I do love a staggered set of buliltts on a stang though. Flows really well imo. Like everyone else says though its your car your choice, and your opinion matters the most.

I have a set of stock Bullitts on mine with the spokes painted black.
At night they look absolutely stellar.
I painted the center caps black to hide the Stang logo.
Around here, you need 17"s if you want to preserve ride quality and your rims themselves.
Indiana does NOT take care of their roads and puts your tax dollars toward Mustangs...for the state police, who irresponsibly drive them.
i'm in the process of hunting down tires for my rims. I will be putting L emblems on the center caps (ones removed from atop SC400 engines).
I enjoy the way they look and ride. They ride just as nice on my Espelirs and stock struts.

I haven't had the rims on the car in a while.
Here are a few pics, which I will put in my pic thread later.

Still looking for tires. I think that will be the tax return.
Fitment is great and will be better on the Espelirs.
Going with 245/45/17 on these. They're wide enough for me and for how I drive.
I don't need lavish rims. Just a nice, clean looking car that gets compliments.
Which this does.

I am looking at something similiar also with these sizes.
The wheels are 18x9 with a 5.95" backspace (+24mm offset) and 18x10 with a 6.42" backspace (+22mm offset).
The wheels are 18x9 with a 6.2" backspace (+30mm offset) and 18x10 with a 7" backspace (+40mm offset).
Out of the two listed, which would fit better?
So can we pretty much agree they will fit with trimmed fenders front and rear being lowered with coilovers, just would like to know which one fit better.

it doesnt look half bad.....
i know for a fact if those wheels were gold or bronze and had a work centercap that poll would be alot different. its disloyal to the mighty toyota gods but its not hideous..
i saw a turbo vw golf with corvette wheels the other day...that was some weird ish

I know this thread may have died out... but I figured I'd post this since it seems to put the photoshop business to rest.
My partner and I purchase a 2007 Shelby GT and it originally had the Bullitt wheels on it. We ended up putting 20" Carol Shelby wheels on the shelby.... so instead of letting the Bullitt's sit around the garage for another 2 years, I figured I'd throw them on my new project (SC400) that I am currently working on.
So here are the pics. Tire size are 235/50/18. I bought plain black replacement center caps to replace the mustang center caps. After some crafty work with the dremel... here is the final product. The car raised up an inch... but the interior is gutted.

I bought black lugs, but the threading didn't fit on this car.... so the stockers are on it at the moment.
Some people may hate the look, but I think it looks great considering I didn't pay for the new wheels.
For those wondering which wheels ended up on the shelby... here they are
