Yeah.... I should invest in a real camera..... I can never really get great quality shots from my iphone.

The car needs a good cleaning though.... maybe that will help lol.

Well, instead of making a new thread I thought id bump this one up.

Lets see some new pics of the Cobra rims on SC's.

Also, for those of you that are running Cobra/saleen wheels on the SC, what sizes and offsets are you running? Im looking into getting a set for my SC, but im pretty much clueless on the offset part. I dont want the wheel sticking out of the fender front or rear, but I also dont want them sitting too far back. Id really like them to be close to flush, without having to mod the fenders much if at all.

If you are going to run Saleen wheels and you want no poke, go with the 05+ that uses a +30 offset in front on 18x9 and +36 in the rear with an 18x10. 2004 and below use a +24 offset on all four corners with an 18x9 rim. As soon as I get my suspension installed either this weekend or next, I'll post pictures of what I did. The only poke you will have with the +24 is in the front and it is minor. Search Saleen wheels and you'll see some examples.

Well I found a great deal on the FR500's (2)17X9 +24 and (2)17X10.5 +27

The offsets seem pretty good, but I really suck with offsets/sizes. Will these fit decently on a SC (stock suspension right now). Also what size tires should I run? Im wanting atleast a 275 in the rear, but would love to go bigger if it will fit w/o rubbing.

TIA,

Mike

Your setup is going to look very similar to fr500's posted above. Your front will be the exact same (as far as offsets go) and the rear will be basically the same too. With stock suspension, yes that will fit. With a 275 tire, again it should fit. If you ever lower, you will have mucho issues with rubbing. Do a search on "saleen wheels" and check out aka paco's thread where he ran a similar size setup to the one you are wanting.
