Default Swiveling License Plate Bracket

Does anyone know where I can get one of these things I can't seem to find a thread here about it?
These are front plate brackets that have a spring loaded hinge. The idea is that when you are traveling at a certain speed, the lightly sprung springs will give way to the increased pressure of the wind and swivel the plate flat (approx 90 degrees) to allow greater air flow into your engine bay.
Its on youtube

autozone probably, but i dont think its gonna make a big difference unless your license plate is blocking an intercooler

I remember seeing it in Autobac. It is practical, but not to those anti-drill peeps.

Good luck with your searching.

It might help air flow but I think the main reason to have this brackets to avoid photo radar....
I've seen a lot of these in Japan, Korea for that purpose.

I was under the impression that photo radars primarily take a picture of the rear plate, since in some states front plates are not even required... I'm looking for this purely for asthetics and paranoia (front plateless illegal in CA)

abflug used to make them. they were called a "circuit pro intake stay." I picked mine up 3 years ago from raretrick.com but I had to special order it and it took a year to get from japan. I just checked out the site though and they dont sell them anymore. Bummer.
