track updates... 13.425@102.72MPH
went to the track yesterday....
best time was 13.42
the slip is as follow..
60' 1.860
330 5.523
1/8 8.595
MPH 80.78
1000 11.218
1/4 13.425
MPH 102.72
mods are:
k&n filter
hks catback
apex'i hybrid FMIC
MT 26/8.5/15 slicks
still running stock boost.
my next mod is going to be electric fans and HKS front pipe, hope then to get a good 12 sec run.

a 1j really able to run a 12 with bpu on stock boost?
got some questions for yah my friend? Wat kind of diff were you running ? Also wat rpm are you launching at (i cant seem to find that sweet spot). And do you have any times with street tires?

with filter and catback on street tires I ran 14.28..
with the FMIC bolted on now I never tried running on street tires
I launch my car at 6500 RPM this is on Mickey Thompson slicks

I think when I install the front pipe the boost will go up to 12psi..
I don't know what I have in my mind right now.. but I just don't want to put a boost controller...
just to prove some people here in my country(Curacao, Netherlands Antilles) that a near stock JZ engine is running way better then their big turbo skyline's
