Default New and could use help

HI there, I am looking to purchase a 1992-1995 sc400, and have a few options, i am a AUdi driver, and usually look to the forums to see what to look for, common pit falls and generally what people think of the cars

1992 210K miles damaged fenderand 1/4 panal ($600)
1992 175K needs new injectors, and tune up ($1200)
1994 85K needs tlk, body work, and full tune up ($2000)

need to get a new car, the expedition i am using is hurting me and i have always wanted the sc, to go along with my audi

any help would appreciated, or links to sites for body kits and after market parts

kalpesh.k.patel@gmail.com is direct email if anyone thinks they have soemthing contructive to say...otehr then that thanks for all who help, hopefully i will be a regular on the forum.
