"what happens in vegas, stays in vegas"

It's plastered to every commercial, website, and visitors mind for eternity as much as they push their slogan.

...and I'm still waiting on my harness to get here so I can make a plug and play harness for my 01 modified Maxima cluster in my SC.

My big problems would be:

Having the speedo read correctly - Perhaps I'd have to measure the resistance of the speed sensor?

Having the tach read correctly - it's from a v6 with coilpacks, with no igniter, and going into an inline 6 with coilpacks and an igniter. How do the universal ones operate?

Making the fuel level read correctly

Also, I'd be adding LEDs everywhere for better lighting, and fiberglassing it into the stock tinted shroud. if it doesn't work, I can always go back the stock SC cluster...which looks dated as hell.

I will post a full writeup and diagram if this works.

The pignoses were actually only 89-90, there was no 88 and the 91 was the newer front end.

DEFI makes some sweet gauges- that heads up display is bada$$

I don't think my 1997 cluster is outdated at all- it's bright as hell, and looks pretty modern to me..

it was done by a s13 guy on nicoclub, I was considering that on my convertible s13...But I worry about the; CEL and other things too, if all the oem warning lights was built into that, then I'd be all for it.

Also you can get gauges that black out with the ignition too, like the evil auto style gauges

a teaser pic:

I just finished it today, but I don't know if the speedo works, and still have to work out how to wire the fuel level gauge, as the maxima cluster has 1 signal wire for the fuel, but the lexus has 3. anyone know how to work around this? OLT?

I'll post a writeup when i'm finished. it'll look pretty much stock.
