What front lip is this?

looks like wise lip but I'm not 100% sure.I don't know if I should keep my bumper and add a lip or do the 97+ conversion.

I personally like the 92-96 front bumper with a lip than the 97+- but there are many many that like the front bumper better- it all depends on what styling you prefer

I really like the 92-96 with the lip the best. I think its *** kickin.
