Vehicle shifting hard from Park to Reverse?
Hi Everyone,
Happy New Year to my fellow lexus members, I got a problem, recently when I'm shifting my vehicle from Park to Drive, when I pass the reverse it shifts hard? Is anyone familiar with this or know the problem? I hate to hear my baby making that hard shift sound as if engine is shaking, Please Help! thanx guys.

I am sorry that your car is flaking on you like that, how long has it been since you have changed the tranny fluid, have you checked the fluid level? how long has it been doing this? Take it into your local transmission shop and have them diagnose it ASAP, you might have slipping bands or clutches inside the tranny, or your torque convertor might be going belly up
