Default SC400 Paint?

I drive a 92 SC400, and I'm beginning to grow weary of looking at the damage the Florida sun has done to my precious new (to me at least) baby, particularly to my hood and a little wear on my front bumper. Though the rest of the paint looks fairly decent, I'm stuck in the decision of what to do about this on what limited funds I have.

I'm curious as to other opinions on whether or not I should have the entire paint job done over from the stock paint, black onyx, to a different paintjob, maybe something that will stand out a little more, or simply price out a 97 bumper (since I've been wanting one anyway) and having the bumper painted, and the hood repainted to match the rest of the paint, which is in fairly good gondtion.

I heard about the product Nu Finish. I actually tried a bit of it on a portion of the car. It worked well considering the FL sun baked the hood so bad it started to turn grey. =/ But the problem is moreso because of the fact that parts of the hood paint have started to melt and boil from those hot days. The previous owner didn't garage keep it or put a cover over it.

I'm going to see about pricing out for a full paint job to see if it's within the budget, because I really want to get the 97 front bumper put on at the same time. I heard there's a few cheap shops in my area where I go to school so hopefully it'll work well.
