I only have the Lexus L emblem and wordmark (bought it like that). Personally I don't really care what badges are on, HOWEVER if I'm choosing to go with either brand it has to have the matching badges (so I might throw on an SC300 badge for giggles).

And you shouldn't have to have a turbo badge, people who know what a turbo sounds like don't need to see a badge...my 2 cents.
Totally agree with the above statement,

But really its your choice.

Aren't the badges actually clipped into the bodywork? Is everyone getting the holes repaired/repainted after the de-badge? I was gonna de-badge, but noticed my trunk would have holes in it, lol. I'm thinking of getting them painted the same color of the car now.

But if you carry all these "T", "Turbo", "SC-T", or whatever other badges are out there, people know your vehicle is heavily modified. Good luck and fly safe!
I hear ya man. I'll probably start out with my stock badges just because it's one less thing to buy out of the gate. I'm not really a fan of no emblems, I can understand the desire to run naked so only true enthusiasts will know what's up with you car, but I think no emblems looks a bit, well.....incomplete, like something is missing. I would think dude just got his car painted and wanted to cruise before he had a chance to badge it up.

I agree with your remark about turbo emblems. I don't really race (not on purpose anyway ) at least with the "L" and the Soarer, a lot of people won't really know what that implies. Most of the "turbo" emblems I've seen are crap material or would look really out of place on a Lex.

I emblems like 1JZ300 ^ has. It's a bit more accurate of what the car is AND what's under the hood. Even though there was never a "Lexus" Soarer, the cars with the 1jz/2jz gte's are really hybrids anyway, so I see nothing wrong with mixin and matching emblems.

To each his own. If I could find a 250 emblem in the same Lexus script, I'd probably go for that. An SC250 is what it really is, and anyone pulling up to see what I've got will probably assume I'm even slower than a stock 300 or 400...deep sleeper

The search continues.......still looking for an emblem fabricator to give that look a try.

I was curious about this. Wasn't there an ES250? What does that badge look like?

There are also IS250's now which should just work replacing the IS with your current SC.

Those were options I was considering (sshhhh )

I'm sure someone has tried it or probably will try it before my project is done (would love to see a pic if anyone does), but that's the one beauty of living in WI. I might not be able to get all these great CA parts offered, but I don't have to worry about seeing a lot of cars similar to mine once it's done.

Lexus SC250 anyone?

im stock, engine wise, but i love how the Toy & Soarer emblems look... especially on the 95-96 tails... also, i know a lot people slap the soarer griffin up front, but i like how the Toy emblem looks up there, i had a MKIII supra and i liked the way the Toy Emblem looked... maybe thats why... though i dont know if it would be dumb of me to slap toy emblems on my car running stock... lol! I kind of dont like the way the Lexus and Soarer look together... especially if the Lexus lettering is still on the left side of the trunk... IMO
