Well, through the advice of a friend on this forum I finally gave in and had an Apexi S-AFC installed on my SC300. I also had the same shop make the tuning adjustments on their dyno.
All I can say is wow. My car is a '92 w/ about 75k miles on it, and it is running great!
Overall I gained 15 rwhp and 32 rwft-lbs! This is Max power & torque. The greatest benefit was in the overall curve, where it was much smoother than my baseline, and I gained at every point in the curve.
Pretty happy being able to move on my 235/45-17s. Nice SOTP feel!
