How do you remove the trim on the door pillar?

How do you remove the trim on the door pillar?

It is the vertical piece of black trim that is about 2 inches wide and a foot tall. I see the two small screws that are on the back side under the two rubber groumets but have not got past there. Any help?

Thanks for that. By the way I did search but came up with nothing. If I had it to do again I would do the smart thing and search "boxed in red" j/k
