To trade or not to trade?

To trade or not to trade?
Hi everybody,
I love my 93 SC400 so much...but I am considering opting for the SC300 primarily because its a v6=less gas consumption. Suuure the SC400 is a mighty fine ride...but can anybody give me reasons to trade up my SC400 for an SC300?
Heres the specs of my car:
Emerald Green w/beige leather. Stock wheels.
Dual Brand radio w/cd. Detachable Faceplate.
flush rear wing. No engine mods.
172k miles. Clear title.

SAE advertised MPG stats on the SC300 and SC400 were all of 1mpg different. It is not worth making a change...when the SC4 gets as good of economy. In addition, the SC400 is clearly the better car to have unmodified at high mileage.
I use Lucas Upper Cylinder Treatment every time I fill up, and I notice the needle falls less rapidly with it than without. A big bottle with 5-8 treatments runs ~$8, and I promise you it pays itselt off in fuel economy.
If you want to trade to get better economy while maintaining reliability, get a Celica.

Any local mega mart like Walmart should have it in their automotive deparment. I buy the container that has ~30oz, which treats 100 gallons of gas for ~$8.
I think the consensus is definitely not to go with the 3L unless you have lofty performance dreams.
