I've got a black SC, but I would take a clean Garnet Pearl or Baroque SC over it any day.
A "friendly" rivalry sounds good to me.
You know, with as many people that seem to love that color here, it's funny how almost nobody ever repaints their SC using the Garnet Pearl or Baroque.
Im considering on having my car repainted the original 3k3...but found a satin pearl color very close to the Baroque thats catching my eye..
Also to clarify on this thread, does this cover any red-tinted paint color? Cause Im still seeing alot of Garnet SC's getting posted, and I as posted before, I though this was for the renaissance red only...?

I actually considered doing it a few weeks ago. I bought a freshly painted Garnet Pearl rear bumper from QuickSC4 over the summer and almost painted the car red to match the bumper. I figured it'd be easier to paint the bumper black and buy a red SC later on.
I was blown away how nice Garnet Pearl looked on that bumper too. It's such a clean color when it's in good shape.

Yeah, I thought this was only a renaissance red thread as well too...I guess some people are colorblind and can't tell the difference or they're extremely lacking in the intelligence department LOL!
P.S Someone here needs to start up a seperate " 3L2 RENAISSANCE RED ONLY thread"
Kira, it is a wonderful color when in good nick. Unfortunately, it looks terrible when it's been neglected or faded beyond repair- worse so than some of the other colors, IMO.

Talk about the Florida sun, my dark blood candy job is now pink on the whole rear quarter from the sun. It been sitting in the garage for year while I try to decide what to do with it. I am about to go all satin black and powder coat the wheels satin black and just concentrate on the motor or something.
