Love everything about it. All you need are the '97+sideskirts, rear, and tailights, then you finished!!!

Thanks!

I am on the fence over completing the 97+ kit (already have side skirts and door mouldings) or going with AC or Vertex kit. It will be going down in January/February so it's not too far away.

Be on the lookout for the new shoes. Should have them on this weekend.

Your car looks good and you rock that color wonderfully!

Are those LS400 brakes? Where did you get the gold paint? Clean looking SC. I like the Blitz wheels.

Another question about your steering wheel. Does your airbag work? Newer Lexus cars have dual stage airbags that are supposedly not compatible with the old single stage plugs.

They are LS400 brakes painted with a high temp gold finish.

The blitz wheels will be for sale soon. Be on the lookout.

I believe the steering wheel is from an 01/02 RX300 with the single stage airbags. It was on the vehicle when I purchased it.

I should find out though. Not that it matters. My daily driver CB7 beater has no airbags or anti-lock brakes. Can you believe all cars were like that at one time?

Can you tell me where you got the gold paint? What about the paint you used on your engine covers?

If it's the single stage bag it should work. Nice rare wheel. I'd upgrade the wheel in my GS to a wood one but having an airbag that doesn't work seems foolish in a luxury car. Especially since I have many close calls daily because of other drivers.

Check this out:

There are other colors available e.g. copper that may match also.

If I can get John to cut me a deal on his Willwoods, these may be available for sale. Let me know if interested.

ShernMan... Did I hear you are getting rid of the LS400s? I'm local and first in line. Let me know.

Old school cool. If you were to go for a kit I think you'd need bigger wheels (but that's just me). BTW did you put in that steering wheel or did the previous owner? Just curious to know which airbag that is from.

Thanks. Is one can enough for the fronts and rears?

I'm probably going to be in the market for some LS400 brakes soon but I think you got a local buyer. No worries, I can always find a set closer to me.
