I have a 93LS400, the handling on this vehicle is sorta "boaty", and it really feels like a heavy vehicle.
I have checked out the specs on the 95-96LS400 and it is 200lbs lighter and it has thicker stablizer bars.
I also know that the SC400 also weighs just 50 lbs more than the 95-96LS400.
I am aware that springs/shocks and tires will help the LS.

My question is, does the 95-96LS handle significantly better than the 90-94LS. If you have driven both extensively , I would appreciate your honest opinion.

The newer LS has a 24 point suspension that they added on the 1995 and up model. I have driven the 1996 and 1998 LS400 and they are so quiet and dont even move, it doesnt feel really boaty as you would say like a Lincoln but it is very smooth and you really dont have much road feel and feedback

my parents had a 93, but now they have a 96, so i've been able to drive it every so often. there's no difference really in the ride. the ls400 is so smooth, and i think they intended it that way. and yes, it is heavy, but also remember it's a luxury car, so you cant speed up as fast as other cars do even though i like the torque in the ls
