Taillight removal/Replacement (need help!)
If you guys read my previous post, I got rear ended, and hit on the rear quarter panel. My driver's side tail light is flashing very fast, (it's allso beat to crap -- LX470 bumpers are a bit high...)
So my question is:
Can 95 tail lights go on a 93? What will happen? I've heard of quickly flashing tail lights. Is there anyway to fix that with a modulator of some sort?
also, How do you remove the tail lights? Can someone with a repair manual post the instructions?

If you purchase another year tail lights for the SC, just be sure to get a new separate wiring harness - thats all.
If my notes are correct, 92-99 SC's use the same wiring harnesses.. its just the actual tail lights and bulb layouts differ.

ps: The tail lights should be held on by several 10mm screws in the trunk. Sorry to hear about the accident dude..

to remove the taillights:
1. Take off the gray trunk paneling by removing those black plastic things. (just pull them out)
2. U should see 3 or 4 gold 10mm nuts and u need to remove them. 2 should be near the trunk locking mechanism and either 1 or 2 should be near the end of the taillight.
Hope this helps. IF it doesn't, do a search in the SC Forum under taillight, b/c im sure this removal process has been discussed before.
