Think Im saying goodbye to the SC

All you'd be getting out of that deal is more room, better handling, and a whole mess of little repair bills! My brother had a 525i and it was one problem after another.... VERY fun to drive though!

I really wished that I could keep it (I had a ton of plans for it). But its not looking like thats feasible at this point. School and other of lifes little "pop-ups" has kept me from realizing what this car could be.
The opportunity has popped up to buy an 02 BMW 525i with less than 34,000 miles. I'm still a little torn right now as to whether I should go ahead and pull the trigger yet.
2000 pearl SC300 with 44,000 miles.
What would you do?

I have the same dilemma. I just test drove a 2000 BMW 528 5 sp and man it feels good, with the sport package, it has 101k miles but it feels like new. I can't have 2 cars in the city so one has to go.
I like my SC300 and the past 2 years I owned it, all I did were the following:
Oil changes
Brake pads
Replaced non-working power antenna
Replaced non-working trunk struts
Still have other issues to fix but nothing major:
RPM needle light
1 brake light and 1 turn signal light out, both in the rear
That's it..so hard to decide......I can prolly sell my SC for $4k and get the Bimmer for $9.5k....arrrgggghhh
