92-94 SC's were given no fog lights, instead cornering lights. Only 95-96 and 97+ SC's came with fog lights. With that said, 92-94 SC's cornering lights could be converted to fogs. Here's a thread on it: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...ght=fog+lights

Well to be fair no one had mentioned that you have to have the headlights on for the cornering lights on, so he may understand that they are no foglights but still want them to work but didn't have the headlights switched to on. I'm not definite if the parking/city lights will activate the cornering lights. I would check but my SC is back at my parent's place for the Winter.
