[IMG]http://www.mimousa.com/info/installed/Lexus-sc_b.jpg[/IMG

or this black wood dash...

not a sc but this is how it looks
[IMG]http://www.ssrfanatic.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=35167&d=1187746094[/IMG

or something else like SILVER, CARBONFIBER?

or leave it alone -_-

Just so you know MY INTERIOR IS BLACK, and my car is BLACK..

Im thinking the black wood.. because the oem wood would make my car classy but old... black wood would be more young classy to me.. and silver/carbonfiber is too rice for me =P

The blackwood would look better if it wasn't so light colored.

Acleansc4, whatd you use to match the oem wood peices (door and glove) with the black kit for the rest of the dash. did you just paint em?
I have a black interior too and im really liking that pic

im starting to wonder if you just get a dark black transparent tint like the one you use to smoke your taillights on the kit to make it darker... would you get the dark wood type style on your oem brown thou? .... cleansc did you paint them yourself? and gs WHEELS FTW =P

My interior =)

I just want to change those brown wood to something better -_-

IIRC, those are one-off CF trims.

I painted my wood trims glossy black.

i like the blackwood but hate those stickers.. i think they looks nothing like oem.

my recommendation would be to take all your wood pieces and send them out for sys. treatment

I'd go for blackwood. Especially in a black interior.

For the ivory interiors... I personally would favor a silver/faded aluminum (not brushed) like that found on many of todays tv stands. I forgot what kind of cars I saw that combo on, but it didnt look as bad as I had pictured or iimagined.

I remembered now... I saw it on the BMW 3-Series and the Infinity G37's.

IMO... wood grain on cars is too early 1990's. If I had an easy fix to the choice, I would change out my wood trim in a heartbeat. It just looks to antiquated.

But I would preference my antiquated OEM wood grain as it is, as opposed to that swap meet looking stick on's.

Sorry for the contradicting thoughts, but its just my personal opinion.

i was personally thinking of going the brushed aluminum route, even with the stick on's if you are careful it can come out well. the only thing that worries me is covering the oem wood pieces to match brushed aluminum. maybe i just paint em black with rest of dash aluminum

option 2: order the wood trim in oem clolor and refinish my old pieces to match em exactly (get rid of color discrepancy)

option 3: is option 2 with black trim.
