There are the 92-94 Tail lights, those will bolt in with no problem, because they are made to fit with your bumper.

The 97-2000 will bolt on directly, but you will have to put some force. The rear bumper is not made to fit them, so you will have to push pretty hard to get the bolt to fit in the holes.

For the 97+ yes. Just make sure when you buy the tails that you get the harness with them...

You'll have "hyperblinking" turn signals if you install 95+ tails into a 92-3. Surely there's a way to correct this, but I've searched this board endlessly with no answer in site.

Something "we all" apparently failed to learn was not to say "search" unless you know the answer can actually be found with a search.

There are actually only 164 threads with "tail" or "tails" in the title. Rounds up to a billion, I suppose.

Of those 164 I may have missed a couple but went through most of them, and exactly one thread contains info from exactly one person who has put the early tails on a late car.

That person was a kid who put them on his mom's car so he could take her late model tails, so he probably wasn't very concerned about whatever problems there were with her car. He also didn't seem to be much of a mechanic, so I take his report with a large dose of salt.

One of the comments in that thread was from a senior member who said "nobody has done this." This would seem to indicate that it is not going to be findable through a search.

Which is why I posted here, just in case someone knowledgeable might show up in this thread.

But you showed up, instead.

Well, if you're so knowledgeable, maybe you should help him besides being a critic.
