Wow, seems like these are the key (besides doing a full D2S retrofit). So I presume all headlights purchased from Toyota now are made after 2000? I'll have to confirm with Toyota.
i can see the output is very sharp but how is the light output compared to the pr e 2000 model. i have a 8000k kit and the output doesnt seem ot be too bright. i c the tsx and s2k light output and its so clear and crisp. will this have the same effect?

The light output is so much better than the older headlights...there is just no comparison. Plus your 8000K hid's aren't helping much with light output either. 4300K is ideal if you want to maximize your light output. the biggest difference in light output between the tsx and the light output with my headlights is that the tsx output is much wider. The tsx cutoff might be a little bit sharper but not by far.
well ive always liked the look of the 8k. its just the light purple effect but white at the same time. i know we dont have the best projectors but i would hope the new ones would project more light. when u getting them on? we wanna see pics asap
